Marina at Sweethearts Bridal Boutique was lovely and is an expert stylist! I had no idea what kind of wedding dress I wanted, and it was quite daunting initially seeing all those dresses. But Marina selected a group of dresses in various styles, and we eventually narrowed it down to THE dress. She was very supportive and kind with helping me choose a dress that suited me and would make me feel like me on the day. Through the process of buying the dress, Marina was very prompt with the communication and the whole process was relatively easy. The prices at Sweethearts are fair and they can work with your budget, and be sure to make an appointment beforehand, especially on the weekends. I received many compliments for my wedding dress, and most importantly, I felt like me wearing it and loved every minute of it. Thank you to Marina and the team at Sweethearts Bridal Boutique!

Today I had the privilege of watching my daughter find HER/"THE" wedding dress. Sweethearts was a busy and vibrant Boutique. The ladies who work there are incredible! How they manage to keep on top of all the bussle. Plus, how they service each individual bride to be, is beyond me. As well as the knowledge of the apparent years in the bridal industry, is just mind blowing. Well done, ladies! I want to especially thank Edith for her attention to my daughter. She was professional, patient, an absolute delight & attentive to all of my daughter's wants and needs. Edith was quite prepare to give all the time to get the right dress for her. We couldn't have got the there without her. Thank you Edith. And thank you Sweetheart Bridal Boutique.

The boutique is wonder and has a vast range of styles and sizes to choose from. The team are wonderful and Kristy the dressmaker is a genius who works magic!! So happy with my dress and the fact I could add my own touches to really feel like it’s mine, thank you so much Kristy and team at sweethearts! ❤️❤️

Sweethearts Bridal has been an absolute pleasure to work wit. From the moment I walked through the doors I was met with the utmost professionals who helped me find the most perfectly beautiful dress. But it didn’t stop there, Kristy has performed magic in allowing my dream dress fit me perfectly! I couldn’t recommend sweethearts bridal and Kristy more to anyone getting married. The service is amazing kristy was superb she is the seamstress. Edith helped me look for my dress she listened to what I wanted and put together dresses for me to choose from there were about a million😂😂.The dresses were such good quality if I could I’d get more (budget allowing of course) but if you want a dress at an affordable price THIS is the place for you ❤️❤️love love sweetheart bridal. What I love the most about it is that you don’t need to secure a booking for a price it’s absolutely free to book and try on as many dresses as you want ❤️😭😭❤️❤️🤞🏾🤞🏾

I went searching for my wedding dress back in February 2021, got measured up that May for my wedding in November, but unfortunately due to Covid the wedding was postponed for a full year. Sweethearts Bridal was so lovely to hold onto my dress for the whole year. I then went in for my 6 week dress fitting in September 2022, had some alterations done by the very talented Kristy in October & November, she made the dress look perfect on me! I bought a Stella York dress which I absolutely loved! My lady who I dealt with the entire time was Edith. From the very start, trying on so many dresses & being so patient with me, she has been a massive part of my journey. She held my hand every step of the way & was so kind & caring, she’s an absolute sweetheart!! I would highly recommend Sweetheart Bridal to anyone. Their dresses are stunning, the service is amazing & they really do look after you.

Sweethearts bridal boutique is perfect for a bridal outfits. As I went there for my dress and I want a bit coloured dress not white and black and Debbi suggest me a perfect dress accordingly my choice. Staff really helpful, polite. Service given by all staff was amazing including dressmaker. Once again Thanks to everyone.

Attended this store today as part of a group, to say we left annoyed would be an understatement. The bride was plus size and I’m not sure the sales assistant had dealt with this before, well at least made it come across that way. The fittings and viewings are all conducted in the same area, so no real space or privacy for the group and the bride trying on the dress, not to mention the lack of seating in that area. The sales assistant was VERY pushy and rude, as well as being degrading the bride trying on the dress. The vibe throughout the whole store was off and not comfortable. I do not recommend going here to try on dresses.

Noni is always attentive and helpful. She was always happy to accommodate me for reassurance on concerns of fitting and was very patient when I tried on dresses initially. Right through from trying on, to order placement, the wait, fitting and pick up Noni and her colleagues were great. Thank you for making this one time experience easygoing and flawless.
